Trattoria Stagionale · 10 min by tram
Trattoria Tarassaco — named after the dandelion ("tarassaco" in Italian) — is a tiny, 28-cover dining room in the Cit Turin district, done out in elegant grey and sage-green tones. The kitchen is led with a forager's eye for wild herbs and seasonal vegetables, used alongside Piedmontese staples rather than as decoration.
Lunch is a daily-changing short menu; dinner moves to three tasting routes — Tradizione, Acqua and Orto — each built around what's in season, including a signature raviolo Tarassaco filled with ricotta and herbs, finished with honey and pecorino. It's across town from San Secondo 12, so plan on the tram rather than the walk.
