Trattoria Imperfetta · 20 min a piedi
DUME calls itself a "trattoria imperfetta," and it built its following on an unlikely specialty for Torino: the oven-baked stuffed potato, reinterpreted through local ingredients rather than left as a straightforward Anglo-Saxon import. It sits inside Galleria Umberto I, one of the city's elegant 19th-century covered arcades near Piazza Castello and Via Roma.
The kitchen sources from small regional producers and leans on that quality to carry simple formats — potatoes, but also a short menu of other dishes — blending tradition with a more playful, modern presentation. A good stop for an easy, informal meal in the historic centre.
