Torino's Most Historic Table

Opened in 1757 facing Piazza Carignano, Del Cambio is the oldest restaurant in Torino still in continuous operation — a Michelin-starred kitchen under chef Matteo Baronetto since 2014, set in dining rooms of gilt mirrors, red velvet and 18th-century chandeliers.

Camillo Cavour, architect of Italian unification, dined here so often he kept his own reserved table — still marked today. Expect refined, seasonal takes on Piedmontese classics like agnolotti and finanziera; reservations are essential and smart-casual dress is expected.
