Consorzio built its name on a simple idea — a short, handwritten daily menu built entirely around small Piedmontese producers, paired with a wine list drawn almost exclusively from small Italian growers.

The room is understated and wood-panelled, unmistakably a neighbourhood bistrot rather than a special-occasion restaurant — good for agnolotti del plin, seasonal vegetables and natural wines in a relaxed setting popular with locals. Booking is recommended on weekends.
