Where Eataly Began

Before Eataly became a global name, it started here — inside the former Carpano vermouth bottling plant at Lingotto, opened in 2007. The flagship remains vast: entire sections devoted to Piedmontese wine, cheese, pasta, meat and produce, plus multiple in-house restaurants and a cooking school.

Easy to combine with a visit to the Lingotto rooftop track and Pinacoteca Agnelli, reachable by metro in about 15 minutes from the apartment.
