Affini is a vermouth-focused cocktail bar in San Salvario, set inside the former home of Vermut Anselmo, one of Torino's early vermouth producers — fitting, given the city's claim to having invented vermouth in the first place. The bar builds its drinks list around that history, with vermouth and amari worked into original cocktails rather than treated as an afterthought.
